Here, the staff was amazing, the rooms were modern, the location was perfect for dining, and it was conveniently close to many attractions.

The location was particularly good and the staff was amazingly great and polite during the whole stay! Units where comfortable beds slept great. The friendly service and shuttle to-and-from airport far exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to fully experience everything, but we'd love to come back here in the future. The variety of food options available was impressive, and we really enjoyed the quality of the dishes 🍽️.

The room here is recently updated, quite spacious, has a cozy bed, and even includes an ironing board; the amenities are top-notch.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to an extremely spacious queen room with a king-size bed, and the staff was very welcoming in a great location near the airport.

Great location, especially if you have a job interview nearby.👍 They offer a courtesy bus to the airport, which is super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of good local restaurants and areas around here for you to explore.

The hotel was conveniently located, not far from the airport and close to many food places. It was on a good bus route and also provided a courtesy bus to the airport, which was very helpful. Additionally, it was easy to access public transportation as it was close to the CTA station at the airport, allowing us to easily get a train into the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

The hotel's location was wonderful, the shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge perk, the staff here was very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, newly renovated, and had a microwave.

This hotel is near the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled, with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Additionally, the breakfast served was a nice added perk.

Very disappointed, what an extremely outdated hotel. No refrigerator in the room....Never had a hotel room without a refrigerator! The signs on the wall stated there was ice and vending, yet no ice machine. It smelled of cigarette smoke in many areas, even the elevator! I'm talking old musty smoke, not smokey because someone was smoking. It didn't look at all like the photos, those were of the newer hotels not this eye sore of one. We waited over 1/2 hour for eggs and sausage for breakfast after being told it would be 5 min. And then half of it was burnt. I will never visit this location again, too bad,because we come to that area frequently for sports tournaments. I've paid less money in more expensive areas for a nicer room.
